Characterized by a pale ruby red color, Canonico is drunk young, even if it maintains a well-defined structure. It has a marked sapidity, which reveals particular harmonies under the gustatory aspect.

On the nose it offers intense and clear aromas of fresh red flowers and fruit, in particular cherry and jam, with delicate spicy notes of black pepper: also in this case, an expression of the unique character of our territory

The Pinot Nero Canonico is perfect with tomato-based first courses, with red meat, grilled meat and cold cuts. Intense but light, it also goes well with legumes and is a pleasant surprise with cheeses that are not too mature.
