This site sells articles produced directly by Società Agricola Liasora SS
When ordering, the products are carefully placed in safety packaging and shipped by courier.
The photos are indicative and the labels may vary from those presented on the site.
The items in the catalog are always available, in case of unavailability of one of the products ordered we will contact you promptly; you can cancel the order and immediately receive a refund of the amount paid or you can change the order by inserting items available for delivery.

Shipping
Normally the order is processed and shipped in 3-5 working days for Italy, for the other countries reserve the right to communicate the timing and feasibility.
Unless expressly requested, we avoid shipping on Thursdays and Fridays to prevent the product from stopping in the courier's depots.

The prices shown include VAT and other taxes.

Right of withdrawal
The internet sales of our products are identified as distance contracts, therefore governed by Legislative Decree n. 206/05 (articles from 50 to 68) which regulates the matter of distance contracts, i.e. carried out outside commercial premises. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty. To exercise this right, you simply need to send a written communication to that effect to Società Agricola Liasora ss, and within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, also ship the aforementioned goods purchased to the address indicated below. The only condition we place is that the goods have not been opened or damaged.

The invoice will be issued only on request, specifying it in the order notes at the time of purchase.

How to make a return
The internet sales of our products are identified as distance contracts, therefore governed by Legislative Decree n. 206/05 (articles from 50 to 68) which regulates the matter of distance contracts, i.e. carried out outside business premises.
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty. To exercise this right, you simply have to send a written communication to "Società Agricola Liasora SS" to that effect, and within 14 calendar days of sending the aforementioned communication, arrange for the shipment of the purchased goods to the address indicated below.
The only condition we place is that the product has not been opened.

How long do I have to ship
The products must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of sending the notice of withdrawal.
What is the time frame for the refund
Once the products have been received, we will immediately activate the refund procedures. The times will depend on the payment method you used. In any case, they will not be longer than 14 days from the day we received the return request.

Shipping Times
Your order will be delivered to you in 3-5 working days from the moment of receipt of payment to the delivery address specified during the purchase phase. Delivery will be made during office hours, only on working days: we therefore suggest that you enter a delivery address where there is someone who can collect the goods.
